Any Player can create a CS:GO 5v5, 4v4, 3v3, 2v2, or 1v1 Practice Game. Let's discuss how to practice CS:GO on DreamTeam.gg. There are two types of CS:GO Practice games; “Play Now” and “Upcoming”. The “Play Now” games are games that start within 15 minutes of the games creation time and don’t require Teams to Apply to join the game. The first Team to select a map to join will automatically be paired with the Practice Game’s creating Team. The “Upcoming” games have a scheduled time and require Teams to Apply to join the game. The Practice Game’s creating Team will be able to choose which Team they want to practice against. Playing on CS:GO practice maps is a great way to improve. All Practice Games can be created on DreamTeam CS:GO practice servers for free or on the CS:GO servers of the creating Team. In order to create a Practice Game, click the “+CREATE PRACTICE GAME” button. Then select whether you want to play right now or at a scheduled time in the future, the game format, which server you would like to use, the server region, and which maps you would like to practice on. To see which games you have Applied to or which Teams have Applied to your games, click on the Practice Games section of the Q-bar. Teams can also search for Practice Games that have already been created instead of creating one. To do this, use the filter on the left-hand side. Practice Games can be filtered by game format, maps, skill level, server, and server region. After selecting the options you want, simply click the “SHOW GAMES” button. The PCW finder will display all of the corresponding CS:GO Practice Games. The same rules apply: games found in the “Play Now” selection don’t need to be Applied to, simply select a map to begin the game. All of the games found in the “Upcoming” section need to be Applied to by simply clicking the “Apply” button and your Application will be submitted. The creating Team will either select your Team or reject your Application.

Q: How do I find a Practice Game?
A: Use the filter on the left-hand side under to select the type of Practice Game you want to find and then click the “SHOW GAMES” button.

Q: How do I create a Practice Game?
A: In order to create a Practice Game, click the “+CREATE PRACTICE GAME” button. Then select whether you want to play right now or at a scheduled time in the future, the game format, which server you would like to use, the server region, and which maps you would like to practice on.

Q: What is the difference between the “Play Now” games and “Upcoming” games?
A: The “Play Now” games are games that start within 15 minutes of the games creation time and don’t require Teams to Apply to join the game. The first Team to select a map to join will automatically be paired with the Practice Game’s creating Team. The “Upcoming” games have a scheduled time and require Teams to Apply to join the game.

Q: Why can’t I see any “Play Now” games?
A: You can’t see any “Play Now” games because, at the current moment, there might not be any games that have been created that start within 15 minutes of the creation time. Feel free to create a “Play Now” game.

Q: My team members don't use dreamteam.gg. Can they play a game with me?
A: Yes, they definitely can. You can find an opponent to play a PG with, but you should have at least one member on your team. It can be yourself.

Q: Can I edit or cancel a Practice Game.
A: Yes. You can control your Practice Games in the “Practice Games” section of the Q-bar.

Q: How can I see which Practice Games I have Applied to?
A: You can see all of the Practice Games information in the “Practice Games” section of the Q-bar.

Q: Can I chat with the other Teams before playing?
A: Yes. Just click on the “Chat” button and write your message.

Q: Do I have to have my own server to create a Practice Game?
A: No. DreamTeam offers free servers to play on.

Q: What happens if the Team doesn’t show up.
A: That happens from time to time. Unfortunately, not much can be done about that right now. You can create or join another Practice Game and leave a review so others know that this has happened.
